More Telecom launches call recording solution

More Telecom now provides an advanced call recording solution across its range of NBN Ready Phone Systems and Hosted PBX phone products.

In combination with the More Telecom hosted PBX platform, business phone call recordings are made available to users via a state of the art online portal. Date filtering and number searching is possible and recordings can be listened to in browser or downloaded for future use.

Recorded calls can be stored indefinitely (storage costs apply), and can be accessed when and where they are needed. There is no need to provide server space or FTP access to listen to and store your call recordings.

The More Telecom call recording system is available to all new and existing users of the More Telecom hosted PBX system. This includes the range of NBN Phone System Bundles that More Telecom provide.

Call recording specifications can be individually tailored to a businesses need. This can include having all calls recorded. Alternatively specific inbound calling groups or specific users can have call recording enabled when others in the organisation do not. This can be specifically useful in industries including solicitors and law firms, telemarketing and a wide range of other service provider businesses where there is the need for a telephone recording system.
