Mail server settings for More Telecom email addresses

To set up your More Telecom email address please use the below mail server settings:

Incoming mail server: mail.moretelecom.net.au

Outgoing mail server: rely.wcg.net.au

Please note that the above in only for email addresses @moretelecom.com.au .

Make sure that you have selected ‘outgoing port 26’ and that outgoing authentication is enabled.

You will also require your email username and password. Your email username is simply your email address. Please call our Member Support Team on 1800 733 368 if you are unsure of your email address password.

If you have a private domain hosted with More Telecom then your incoming mail server setting will follow the below format:

Incoming mail server: mail.(yourdomain) 

You also need to ensure that you have selected ‘outgoing port 26’ and that outgoing authentication is enabled.
